About Reno National Little League

Mission Statement

Our Roots
History
Est. 1953
Founded in 1953, Reno National Little League is one of Nevada's longest-running youth baseball programs. For over 70 seasons, RNLL has given children throughout the Reno area the opportunity to play ball, make friends, and grow as athletes and teammates.
Home base has always been Swope Fields at 901 Keele Drive — a landmark of Reno youth sports. From T-ball to Majors to Softball, generations of Reno families have cheered from those bleachers.
RNLL is a chartered member of Little League International, the world's largest organized youth sports program. That affiliation means our programs follow proven player-development standards while keeping the game fun and accessible for every kid.

Inclusion
Challenger Division
The Challenger Division is Little League's adaptive baseball program for players with physical and mental disabilities, ages 4–18. Every player gets the chance to bat, run the bases, and play in the field — with the help of volunteer buddies when needed.
Reno National Little League proudly operates a local Challenger program. Games use modified rules to ensure safe, meaningful participation for all ability levels. The focus is on fun, confidence, and community — every achievement is celebrated.
